Our CPA firm specializes in all areas of tax return preparation, tax planning, IRS and state tax agency audit representation, IRS problem resolution and controversy issues, unfiled returns, and multi-state tax issues. We also provide accounting and bookkeeping services, Quickbooks consulting and set-up, business management services, and financial and retirement planning. Our CPA firm is located in Beverly Hills, California and we serve the greater Los Angeles and Southern California area.

About Us:
Cory R. Franklin, CPA
After graduating from college in 1994, Cory began his career at the international accounting firm KPMG. He was responsible for implementing federal, state, and local tax minimization strategies for a number of high profile clients, many of them being Fortune 500 companies. He performed extensive tax consulting and research pertaining to federal, state, and local and payroll and employment tax issues. Additionally, he conducted comprehensive financial statement audits of large corporations for several of KPMG's clients.
After his successful career at KPMG, Cory decided to broaden his expertise and accepted a Tax Director position at California State University, Long Beach. He was responsible for ensuring tax compliance throughout all departments within the University and the entire CSU system. He implemented policies and procedures relating to nonprofit tax compliance, employment taxes, sales taxes, 1099 payments to contractors, and issues relating to international taxes of foreign students, faculty, and guest speakers. Additionally, during his time at the University, he maintained an outside tax preparation and consulting business where he worked primarily with individuals and small business entities.
Cory has found that the 15+ years of experience he has acquired during his career of working with both large and small clients greatly lends to the unique strategies and solutions he is able to provide to his clients.
Mark D. Esperti, Accountant & Registered Tax Preparer
Through the years, Mark has provided his services to a vast variety of individual and corporate clients, including those in entertainment and creative industries, service oriented businesses and consultants, and those involved in real estate ventures and professions.
Mark started his career in New York City in the early 1990’s and studied at the prestigious School of Visual Arts in Manhattan. Mark is currently completing his Bachelor's of Science in Accounting and is excited to pursue a CPA certification. His dual background of Liberal Arts and Science enables him to utilize his creativity in offering sensible and innovative business solutions to the firm's accounting and tax clients.
